Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Peloton apparel, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all original tags are present and the items are in a resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorised drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days of receipt at our warehouse.
